About the role
The Digital Media Coordinator ensures that the components of the media plan (inclusive of budget, partners, tags, creatives) are accurately implemented and in place for successful execution of the media plan. You’ll work closely with clients and all internal/external partners, coordinating parties to ensure streamlined communication is achieved and tactical plans are delivered and executed in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll set the foundation for campaigns pre-launch through tactful, clear communication with all partners to ensure a smooth campaign launch, and you’ll follow the live campaign, ensuring activation matches the plan and that optimizations are made to maximize performance.

This role will report to the Media Manager/Associate Media Director and will be responsible for coordinating the build and hand-off of media plans.
Tasks
● Develop and implement national media campaigns (plans typically include analysis and recommendations on audience targeting, support level, and budget)
● Maintain budget control and handle reconciliation during the campaign and post-campaign.
● Maintaining strong relationships with clients and partner agencies at an appropriate level
● Maintain a pulse on live campaign performance through collaboration with analytics and the use of tools. Proactive data insights and propose optimizations as necessary to maximize performance
● Maintain all activity, including requesting and presenting added value and regular status reports (i.e. positioning and post reports on media and added value when applicable) in a timely manner
● Engaged in optimization of digital campaigns using Campaign Manager 360, Search Ad 360, and client dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS
● A four year college degree or equivalent
● Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities with accuracy and attention to detail required
● Demonstrated writing skills and communication abilities internally and externally
● Strong work ethic – highly organized and diligent
● Collaborative individual who is solutions-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment; also capable of working independently when needed
● MS Office: Internet Explorer, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Teams
● Bonus - 1+ years media experience or agency experience
● Bonus - Experience in working with automobile clients is highly desirable
● Bonus - Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems (DV360, GWI, MRI, Nielsen (NMI), Prisma)
