Utilize data management platform and database through SQL to provide data insights and market intelligence for planning, optimization, and campaign execution. Collaborate with Strategy team to create macro audience strategy at the campaign level. Use quantitative data to assess and reveal customer profiles, customer segments and customer behaviors to define media target audiences. Conduct scripting in SQL to enable data and system automations for efficiencies. Quality assurance (QA) of data systems and processes used for reporting and on-going data analysis. Analyze users’ activities to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns by querying and visualizing data using SQL, MTA, and Tableau. Develop advanced dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau and Data Studio. Present campaign performance and data insights to help internal management and external clients to drive business decisions. Assist management to set benchmarks and direct optimization

initiatives based on campaign performance.

Ideal candidate experience:

Tool used: Data visualization, syndicated research, and programming tools used: DCM, DV 360, IAS, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Google ADH, Google Log File, Gfk, Nielsen, comScore, Tableau, Google BigQuery,

SQL, and others.

• Experience in data and reporting from Google Campaign Manager/DCM, DBM/DV360, SA360/Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

• Able to tell stories with quantitative data

• At least 2 years of work experience related to digital marketing or advertising in a quantitative role

• Heavy experience with Microsoft Excel including creating pivot tables

• Experience dealing with large datasets

• Knowledge of the digital media space and the KPIs and methods used to measure digital advertising

• Strong written and verbal presentation skills: can clearly articulate in-depth media theories, concepts and visions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively

• Problem solving skills - Ability to identify gaps and provide solutions

• Critical thinking skills - Capable of generating consistent and accurate reporting results tying back to campaign objectives

• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Domo, and/or Datorama (nice to have)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns

• Gather and clean data from ad servers, media partners, and other platforms

• Developing benchmarks to set goals for campaign performance

• Generate clear performance dashboards / presentations

• Analyzing and presenting (written and verbal) key learning, insights and optimization recommendations to internal and external clients

• Supporting media planning and account teams for ad hoc analysis and report assignments

• Work collaboratively with Strategy and Planning teams to understand media plan details to inform learnings and recommendations
