We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with technical aptitude and a desire to learn. The Sr. Programmatic Operations Manager will be responsible for executing, managing & optimizing at adtech platform across multiple channels, platforms and devices including display, video, mobile, OTT, and audio advertising to support our clients' digital campaigns. This includes campaign setup, budget management and campaign optimizations to ensure client KPIs are achieved. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who is analytical and uses data-enabled problem-solving capabilities to deliver flawless campaign execution.
Additional key functions include working with business development to identify, shape and drive operation improvements and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and external teams on partner operations. Continually seeking ways to share insights and enhance the operational processes is a key component of this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Measurement Plans & Requirements
Work closely with the Media Planning and Strategy teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies that align with campaign and advertiser goals
Help build and maintain reporting dashboards to facilitate both internal and external campaign pacing analysis and optimization
Maintain relationships with clients and identify programmatic opportunities for clients to increase efficiency within existing business growth.
Ability to leverage account management, relationship building, and planning to further develop existing relationships and business.
Delivery & Execution
Flawlessly set up, execute, and deliver programmatic display, video, YouTube, digital audio, CTV, OTT, paid search, and paid social buys for a wide range of clients across the Asian American and other niche markets.
Requires a working mastery of at least three (3) of the following DSPs/Ad Serving Platforms:
Strategically optimize paid media towards a wide range of business goals and KPIs ranging from brand awareness to lower funnel cost per conversion, while escalating the issue as needed.
Troubleshoot campaign challenges using the appropriate tools
Partner with Associate Director to evaluate vendors, technologies and new advertising platforms; analyzes the measurement capabilities within each
Act as a resource for programmatic expertise for the internal media team and client
Work closely with Ad Operations Manager to organize and manage media trafficking efforts; ensuring campaigns are properly configured and executed in a timely manner
Work with the AMD and Ad Operations Manager to prioritize and assign all deliverables (internal and external)
Fill out trafficking sheets and requests for coordination with our offshore ad ops team
Determine elevation to AMD for all Production and Trafficking Issues (internally and with Long Beach)
Work with BUYER on day to day conflicts on deliverables. Determine elevation of all internal conflicts to AMD
2-3 years programmatic trading experience at an agency or agency trading desk
1-2 years ad trafficking experience
1 year paid search experience
A strong working knowledge of at least three (3) of the following advertising platforms:
Experience with Google Marketing Platform and Campaign Manager 360 required
- Familiarity with third party tracking and monitoring tags, rich media vendors and order management systems is a plus, including but not limited to, DCM, Sizmek, MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, Celtra rich media platform and Operative One etc.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion lift experimentation
Understanding of acquisition strategy and direct response campaigns
Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead all aspects of multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast-moving environment
Experience analyzing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using analytics software including Excel (strongly preferred).
