Senior Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to develop, test, and bring to life fresh, innovative concepts—seeing projects through from idea to execution with strong design and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange information related to projects

• Partner with account and strategy teams to design and deliver effective campaigns

• Take responsibility and full accountability for the ideation and creative execution of breakthrough work

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the creative process—actively participate in creative briefings, develop and execute creative concepts (both independently and with the team), determine solutions or alternatives when necessary

• Mentor junior designers

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience with art direction, ad strategy and creation, or UI/UX

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Advertising, or a related design field

• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and how they are used in marketing

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as both a team player and a leader
